As an antique cathedral setting, this ring is really all about one thing, height. This setting is designed to hold the center stone up high for the world to see. The shank, which tapers down as it goes up towards the center stone is pave set with sizable pave stones. A beautiful crown design creates an amazing base out from which the head rises up to hold the center stone. A beautifully contoured, pave set wedding band is made to sit flush with this setting. This setting world extremely well with larger center stones in the 1.00 - 2.00ct range, although it can be made for other sizes as well. The band is of medium width, and will wear comfortably on most any hand.
