We do not mark up any costs associated with engagement ring maintenance performed for our customers; it's not a source of profit for us in any way. After shipping, our service of your ring ends up costing you about the same as taking your ring to your local jeweler for regular maintenance.

Working with your local jeweler is a perfectly viable option for maintaining any jewelry from Emma Parker & Co., but there are two advantages to using our service department:

1. Your ring will be maintained by its original designer, ensuring the best possible care (and complete familiarity with) your ring during the process.
2. We are able to put a brighter shine on your ring than most jewelry shops. This is because our polishing wheels are hot from constant use, rather than cold from occasional use.

Shipping to Emma Parker & Co. is safe and secure. We'll send you a UPS shipping label which allows your ring to be shipped more securely and conveniently than would be possible if you dealt with a shipper on your own. The cost is typically around $35 to ship an engagement ring with excellent insurance coverage and security.
