On May 28, 2010, I surprised my fiancé with an engagement ring and proposal. As a business professional I never thought I would have the guts to buy an engagement ring online. Well friends, let me tell you, Emma Parker & Co. was terrific. I have walked into plenty of jewelry stores and to date have not received the costumer service I received with them. Timothy Andre, Emma Parker’s president, totally educated and made me aware of all aspects of the ring I was buying. I came to the table with some knowledge of style and the 4C’s but overall he made this process seamless. The engagement ring is absolutely beautiful and it was better than my fiancé thought it would be when she saw it online. It glistens, shines, and the diamonds are clearly defined. Tim worked with us (and I'm sure we were tough to work with) and we eventually decided on a 4 stone, designer wedding band, which the company doesn't normally carry. Tim was able to make a few phone calls and before we knew it, the ring was in our possession. My wife and I absolutely love the wedding band Tim had the designer mold and create for us. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Tim Andre and Emma Parker & Co. When looking for an anniversary ring, I knew I wanted a split shank, two-tone, diamond ring and looked at numerous jewelry stores, but just did not see what I was looking for. I actually googled the words “split-shank ring” online, and a couple split-shank designer rings popped up on Emma Parker & Co. website. I emailed and asked if they carried two-tone rings in the two designs I found I liked. Tim replied in less than 24 hours saying all of their rings could be made in two-tone by their ring designers. 

Thus, the search began for the perfect ring for me! I am a very detailed person, who had a lot of questions, and Tim was there to reply to every one of them. He was so helpful to me and it was obvious his expertise in diamonds was extensive. He offered advice and suggestions that far outweighed any typical customer service, and never made me feel like my ideas were not worthy of discussion. 

Within a couple weeks of very useful diamond ring discussion and tutorials through sometimes daily emails, I was finally ready to commit to a particular ring design. Tim found the “perfect” diamond for my ring, and even emailed me a picture of it. And so the production of my new anniversary ring began! Tim kept in touch, provided status on my ring, and even emailed this very “anxious” customer a few actual pictures of her ring before shipping it to me. 

My ring is just what I envisioned! It is absolutely stunning! I can’t thank Tim and Emma Parker & Co enough for his patience, professionalism and outstanding customer service. Some people could not believe that I would make such an important and significant investment in something I had not seen, and through an online jewelry company. I could not be happier! What can I say about you and this company to express my sincerest and deepest gratitude? I think the best words would be, “She said yes, yes, yes!” My fiancé is in absolute love with her ring that I purchased from you and your company. Her co-workers and our family think it is the most beautiful set they have seen. I think it even overshadowed the fact that we were announcing our engagement…ha, ha, ha, just kidding! It was more than I could have ever hoped for in a wedding set. 

For anyone considering purchasing a ring from Emma Parker, & Co., I must say you have made a wise decision that you will not regret. I had been searching for “the ring” for quite some time. I had gone to local jeweler after jeweler with no luck. I was told that they could probably make something like what I wanted but their pieces never caught my eye. Keep in mind that I was going by a tiny picture cut out of a magazine by my fiancé many months ago. I was losing hope so I turned to the internet to try and find the name for the style I wanted. Search after search, and I couldn’t find the answer so I switched tactics and went with princess-cut settings and within the search came Emma Parker, & Co. The site and the rings were beautiful and I immediately became reenergized. I looked through the settings and there it was in all its glory… “The ring”! I think I stared at it for at least an hour before trying to find out more information on it. But who buys something this important online from a company without seeing a physical representation of their work? I needed to know more… 

When I first corresponded with Tim via the website chat option, I was amazed at how friendly he was. He was quick to respond and quick to e-mail larger pictures of the ring in question. He was so customer friendly that I even started to think there was going to be a catch after all; there are few companies that I have dealt with that exude such customer service. After chatting and seeing the pictures, I was hooked but I had to give it time and step away for fear of making an impulsive decision. Tim didn’t even try to stop me or press the issue like most stores had tried! You know the lines: “It may not be here tomorrow”, “Well the sale is only for today” or my personal favorite: “Well buy it and if she doesn’t like it, bring it back, and we’ll get her what she wants minus a small re-stocking fee”. Tim simply said, “Well take your time and when you’re ready, I’ll be here.” How refreshing! So I did what any one would do…I checked references!! LOL I had to know more about the company and if this was legitimate. Surely there was a catch! I read the reviews on the website but everyone knows you have to take those with a grain of salt. I even checked with a 3rd party who said they were the real thing! So after a week of contemplation, I went for it and I am happy to say this was the perfect decision. 

I am a real customer who had doubts and tons of questions to which Tim answered all of them with a smile! He always went above and beyond. He is truly the heart of the company and made this experience so personal that I would venture to say I made a new friend. Through out the whole process, he kept me informed of where we were with the ring set. Thank you for your patience, Tim. In the end, Emma Parker & Co. made her dream wedding set come true. The ring was magnificent…so much more than I expected! I think I could go on and on about my experience but I wouldn’t want to spoil it for anyone else! This experience with Emma Parker made the proposal that much more special because I had everything I was searching for: my lovely fiancé and the perfect wedding set for her. I recently saw a diamond ring mounting that I loved in a local chain jewelry store. When I asked if I could put my diamond into it the response was less than enthusiastic. I was told they would check and be in touch-all without taking my name or number. So I looked online for the same idea. I found it at Emma Parker & Co. I was surprised at the excellent level of customer service. The attitude was always positive, the automatic answer was never "No", as is the case with so many other companies. I couldn't believe the price. It was close to $1000 cheaper per piece than I had found for the same quality elsewhere. They were also really good at dealing with me through email. Most companies want to get you on the phone so they can give you the tough sell in person so to speak, but I didn't have time for that as my schedule keeps me away from the phone periodically. I don't think I ever had to wait for a response. I was really impressed with the whole transaction and would definitely shop here again.

For our 25th wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to replace our wedding rings. I had seen some split-shank rings that I liked, but nothing was quite right. I luckily stumbled upon Emma Parker & Co and found a ring that was almost perfect. It was designed to hold an emerald-cut diamond, and I wanted an asscher-cut diamond. I emailed Tim to see if anything could be done. Tim contacted me immediately, and we began working together to create the ring I had been searching for. "I can not say enough to praise Dan and Emma Parker & Co. My finance proposed with a nice diamond and basic band so I can pick my own setting. I started my search since April 2012 and found Emma Parker & Co. I was so impressed with their unique designs and fair price for the settings. I started the contact with the company and Dan was my rep. I had tons of questions and requests and Dan answered them all and even showed me the pictures of my personalized designs. He was never pushy or trying to sell. Dan checked in periodically to see if I have any more questions or need more help. We finally decided to purchase the setting that caught my eye in the first place. We were very nervous about online shopping for such a big purchase to say the least. The setting arrived within 10 days. I couldn't believe my eye when I saw the setting:it is amazing, and it looks just like the picture on the website.
We tried three different jewelers to set the diamond onto the setting, and they all had trouble with it and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. "This past spring I began the lengthy process of purchasing an engagement ring. After reading all the articles and learning everything I could about diamonds, I chose to buy from Emma Parker & Co because of the beautiful collection of Gabriel Co rings they had in stock.
