"Why can't I buy an engagement directly through the shopping cart?"

This is a great question, and one that we hear a lot here at Emma Parker & Co. The reason is very simple. We make almost all of our rings to order. The fact is that very few of our customers just want to purchase a ring as it is shown. Because we offer such an incredibly high level of customization options, it is just not possible to automatically price all of the possibilities that we can offer our customers for customizing each of the rings that we offer. In the beginning of 2014, we made the decision to no longer sell rings directly through the shopping cart so that we could offer the full range of customization opportunities to our customers.


"What is the fastest way to get a question answered?"

Simply email us directly at, visit our Contact Us page, or fill out a contact for on any engagement ring product page on our website. Even thought we are a small company, we respond to emails very quickly, and we are always standing by to make sure that you get the answers that you need to your questions!


"Are the Emma Parker & Co. Staff paid on commission?"

No! No one who works at Emma Parker & Co. is paid on commission. We firmly believe that commission is the enemy of customer service.


"Can I order an engagement ring setting without a center stone, or a loose diamond or gemstone without a setting?"

Yes...we are happy to help you no matter what you are looking for, whether it is an empty setting or a loose stone to go in a setting you already have.


"What are the return policies, warranties, and terms and conditions that I should know about?"

We have a 30 day return policy on most of our products. You should definitely visit our Terms and Conditions page. Its a quick read, and will give you all of that info before you buy.
